ndica strains are generally associated with body relaxation and sedation — great for evening use, sleep and stress relief. Sativa strains are generally associated with uplifting, energetic effects — better for daytime use and creativity. Hybrid strains combine characteristics of both indica and sativa and can lean either way depending on the specific strain and terpene profile.

Terpenes are the aromatic compounds found in cannabis that contribute to its scent, flavour and effects. Common terpenes include myrcene (earthy, sedating), limonene (citrus, uplifting), caryophyllene (spicy, anti-inflammatory) and linalool (floral, calming). Many experienced consumers choose strains based on terpene profiles rather than just THC percentage.

A 510 vape cartridge is a refillable cartridge that attaches to a reusable 510 battery. Disposable vape pens are all-in-one devices that are draw-activated and discarded when empty. 510 cartridges offer more flexibility and are generally better value. Disposables are more convenient and require no separate battery.
